Dear patients and families:
In times of stress and uncertainty, our Home Care For U family stands strong together, ready to support each other and their communities. As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to be a developing concern in Florida and across the globe, know that your Home Care For U Staff has been in constant receiving information from the local government, organizations, state, and federal governments safeguard continuity service.
Our office remains open for business, but as your health care provider, we will follow and cooperate with the Health Department, Central for Disease Control (CDC), State and Federal Agencies.
As the governments and organizations are working around the clock to STOP CONVID-19 from spreading, we at Home Care For U also doing our part by taking every precaution of this virus and we have put a process in place to survey our Caregivers before providing service to our patients. In addition, the schools are in lock down status until April 15, 2020. This lock down has causes parents with minor children to suffer due to daycare problem, therefore, some caregivers may not be able to fulfill your service as scheduled, but Home Care For U is doing the best we can to minimize any service interruption. For your protection, please review the OSHA quick card provided here. Going forward, we will continue to update you on any developments or service cancellations.
Please take care of yourselves and continue to follow health officials’ recommended preventative precautions for COVID-19. Stay vigilant and be well.
