Phoua Yang
Owner/Administrator
Phoua enjoys making a positive difference in her own life and the lives of others. Phoua has her Associates's degree as a Medical Assistant with experience working in medical offices and was quickly promoted into office management. Phoua excelled in the business department and gained knowledge in the healthcare field of billing and receivables. Phoua is the Founder and CEO of SP Association for Advancement Now, Inc., and active in the Florida Hmong Community, Inc., and currently serves as the Public Relations board. Her roles in this non-profit organization are to bridge the gaps and connecting the missing dots in the communities. She leads and serves as a resource center to improve the community health and well-being by creating and providing guidance, education, sharing, career path, socially, economically, in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Phoua gained additional experience, skills, and tools by becoming a Certified Health Coach through Dr. Sears Wellsness Institute. Through her experience and resources, Phoua makes an impact on the lives of others by bridging the gaps in the communities. Phoua put her compassion and dedication in making a difference in another person's life along with her business skills to use in the start-up of her home care agency and continues to make impressive gains. Home Care For U, Inc. started as a 2-person team and has grown into an organization of over 30.

Shawn Yang
VP and Chief Financial Officer
Shawn has his Bachelor in Business Administration and over ten (10) years of experience in computer technology. Shawn has extensive experience in project management, sales, marketing, and customer service. He currently functions in several roles within the Agency including the Chief Financial Officer, Safety Officer, and the Manager of the Information Systems. Shawn currently serves as the Executive Director for SP Association for Advancement Now, Inc., a non-profit organization. Shawn promotes and creates at least 350-400 job opportunities per week for the communities. Shawn was the President of Florida Hmong Community, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, and he had made an economic impact on the City of Pinellas Park by bringing visitors from all over the US to join the Hmong new year. Shawn also served as a board member at SPIFFS (St. Petersburg International Folks Fair Society) and chairman of the Asian Fest committee as a resource center to promote and support the welfare of the international communities of Florida socially, economically, and culturally. Shawn and his wife Phoua are very involved in their community and dedicated to giving back to those in need.
